About Zach
ATTORNEY
Zach McLeroy
“My practice is grounded in practical, business-minded counsel. Legal decisions don't happen in a vacuum. I believe good counsel requires understanding the financial, operational, and practical realities of each situation. I help my clients understand their options and have a clear path forward.”
Zach joined Growth Legal in 2018, bringing experience from small and mid-sized firms as well as from serving as in-house counsel for a large national company. His practice focuses on complex real estate matters and business transactions, including commercial and residential matters.
Zach began his career in Grand Junction, where he practiced family law, bankruptcy, and real estate. After moving to Denver, he focused on construction litigation and general construction matters before moving in-house. There, he served as counsel for a nationwide company, handling complex real estate transactions and projects across the country.
Today, Zach works with businesses, developers, and real estate investors on transactions and other complex matters. His experience in both private practice and as in-house counsel gives him a practical perspective on the legal, financial, and business considerations behind sophisticated transactions. His litigation experience also gives him a valuable perspective on how disputes develop and how thoughtful legal counsel can help clients anticipate and avoid problems.
Zach grew up in Florida and earned a finance degree from Florida State University before attending Ave Maria School of Law. He and Jessica met in law school and eventually returned to the Grand Valley, where they are raising their family.
